The Redefining Luxury conference was held on October 5th at Parsons School of Design, as part of the Redefining Luxury initiative. Jian DeLeon, editorial director of Highsnobiety, spoke to over 75 students and faculty at The New School about New Codes: Defining the modern content conversation. Jian held an incredibly captive audience as he discussed how subculture has become pop culture; and how Highsnobiety works with their partners in finding organic ways to tell their stories across diverse platforms.

DEFINING A COLLABORATIVE EXPERIENCE, an interactive symposium hosted by Yu Nong Khew, Parsons School of Constructed Environments, and Emily Huggard, Parsons School of Fashion explored experience in the epoch of The Third Industrial Revolution, post-consumerism and post-digital, addressing how to identify key drivers of an experience that is derived from co-creation and collaboration.
