Despite the diversity of New York, immigrants still face challenges integrating into new cultures, navigating unfamiliar systems, and overcoming negative stereotypes. Developed by international students at the New School, Caravan Cuisine is a mobile ‘potluck’ dining experience where sharing food celebrates people’s unique and distinct immigrant heritage and brings them closer together.
