A Home Only Without Me is a half-room-scale installation built around a collection of domestic objects from a fictional family. The space is designed to feel like the remains of a home after the people who lived there are gone. Visitors enter the space and explore at their own pace, discovering narrative information embedded in the objects, hidden miniature scenes, sound design, and then know the history.

MFA design & technology
I am an MFA candidate in Design and Technology at Parsons School of Design, graduating May 2026. I hold a BFA from the Beijing Film Academy, where I developed a foundation in narrative and cinematic storytelling. Prior to graduate study, I worked as a game designer, building interactive narrative systems and player experience frameworks. My practice explores radically different narrative languages and spatial memory as a means of conveying the power of storytelling beyond words.
