Last Message is a web-based alternate reality detective game with a non-linear narrative and multiple endings. Dig through chat logs, social media traces, and hidden digital clues — then confront AI-powered NPCs who respond to your questions in real time. Every choice you make shapes the story. Every ending reveals a different truth.

Every message leaves a trace.
Every trace leads closer to the truth.

NPCs driven by a live language model API. Not a script. They remember what you’ve said, and they push back.

Every NPC in Last Message is powered by a live language model API. Characters maintain their persona and secrets — while generating genuinely unpredictable responses. A careless question can spook a witness. The right pressure can crack a suspect.
