Community Land Trusts are a growing movement and effective alternative to the overpowering\u00a0private real estate market. The COVID-19 pandemic has exposed the fragility of the housing\u00a0markets and their declining public housing options. Organizers and activists have rallied behind the Community Land Trust model\u00a0to build housing equity and sustainable community ownership over land.<\/p>\n

This panel discussion brings together Community Land Trust organizers operating in New York City to share their experience and insights on this grassroots model\u00a0for affordable housing.<\/p>\n
