The MPS Fashion Management Mentor Program is a sustained relationship, offering students a career-oriented setting, between an experienced and trusted person who can guide participants based on real-world experiences. Mentors will have scheduled check-ins with their mentees as well as program instructors to provide feedback.

The MPS Fashion Management Mentor Program is designed above all else to provide students with additional tools to be resilient leaders in a changing industry.

Throughout the program, students engage with their mentor(s) using a variety of formats including video conference, phone, and email, as well as in-person when convenient.
