After a successful decade at DFS Group Ltd., the world\u2019s\u00a0leading luxury travel retailer (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dfsgroup.com\">www.dfsgroup.com<\/a>), he launched his consultancy, Osorio Group LLC (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.jamwithmike.co\">www.jamwithmike.co<\/a>), in January 2018.<\/p>\n<p>In May 2018 Mike engaged with 3Sixty (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.3sixtydutyfree.com\">www.3sixtydutyfree.com<\/a>) over a one-year contract as President Organizational Change &amp; Effectiveness, helping the world&#8217;s largest inflight duty free retailer in its transformation to a significant player in both inflight and airport retailing.<\/p>\n<p>As of May 2019, Mike has joined Tori Richard as Vice President Retail, eCommerce &amp; Marketing to help iconic Hawaii resort wear brands Tori Richard and Kahala (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.toririchard.com\">www.toririchard.com<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kahala.com\">www.kahala.com<\/a>) enter their next phase of growth, overseeing all aspects of Hawaii-based retail stores, online and digital communications, and marketing.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Mike serves on the boards of three startup companies in Utah (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.o2today.com0\">www.o2today.com<\/a>), Texas (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.giftingbrands.com\">www.giftingbrands.com<\/a>) and Hawaii (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.shakatea.com\">www.shakatea.com<\/a>), as an advisor for two startup accelerators including Mana Up (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.manauphawaii.com\">www.manauphawaii.com<\/a>), and Blue Startups (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bluestartups.com\">www.bluestartups.com<\/a>), and as an advisor for the Santa Clara University Retail Management Institute (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.scu.edu\/business\/retail-management-institute\/\">www.scu.edu\/business\/retail-management-institute\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Mike brings his experience and capabilities to individuals, teams and organizations in their quest to deliver personal and business growth, deliver top and bottom-line results, and create the foundation and vision for future competitiveness and success.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1GcQYTVY5R-CtdGPPcBe4EjG2Lm-9ndK8\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click here to view introduction<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/mikeosorio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Linkedin<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mike is an internationally experienced executive retail professional with a diverse career in luxury travel retail, department stores, and specialty food\/gifts &amp; apparel, including prior roles at 3Sixty Duty Free, DFS Group Limited, Harry &amp; David, Gottschalk\u2019s, and Macy\u2019s.
