Animation has historically been a male-dominated business. However, more women have been able to make their way in the industry with hard work and perseverance. Those women are making history and opening doors, inspiring and allowing for a new generation of girls to have the possibility of working in the field. The Magic pencil is a frame by frame hand drawn tells the story of Ace, a girl that finds a pencil that draws images that come to life.
