My intention for this assignment was to create a work-study program to offer homeless individuals jobs to renew abandoned buildings and increase motivation for the tasks with shelter and nutrition as an incentive. Especially in the winter months, it becomes unbearable for homeless people to survive outdoors. The reason this is a sustainable system is that abandoned buildings are known to harm urban environments and their citizens.
