The concept behind it that I wanted to show was that behind every marriage, there is the possibility of divorce and most people overlook that. I wanted to present my object off of that and really show that. Therefore I used the idea of a fake opening to the ring where most people thought the opening was and then actually hide divorce papers under the ring.
