The photos from this series were part of a group project where my partners and I each captured different perpsectives of the same location. My goal with this photo series was to capture the night life, and modern visual culture of New York’s Koreatown. My photos focused on the eye catching signage and typography seen on buildings in the area. This was in contrast of many of the more ordinary scenes that are common in most New York streets. The saturated color palettes and values were inspired by the overstimulating visuals of modern club scenes.
