In this project, I analyzed the Statuette of Isis with the infant Horus and created a visual design poster with my reimagined version of the statuette. I delve into the importance behind the iconography of Isis and Horus, along with the importance of the material used to create the statue. I wanted to carefully highlight the beautiful shade of blue commonly found in the technique and material in my design to express the significance of faience to Egyptian cultures.
