We were given the freedom to illustrate any architecture in the drawing, as long as it displayed a two point perspective. I chose to draw a small part of what would be in a Japanese residential area. Although there are no human figures highlighted, I tried to make the area feel alive, showing traces of human activity. Examples seen in the drawing are laundry hanging by a window, a futon hanging from a balcony, misaligned stools in a small ramen shop, and steam coming from a small window of the ramen shop– as if someone is cooking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
