The concept of one item fulfilling multiple purposes fascinates me. For this assignment, I incorporated the idea of versatility into the necklace. Not only can it serve as an accessory, but it can also act as a self-defense weapon in times of need. In essence, I derived inspiration from the brass knuckles\u2014the holes in between the pieces act as finger inserts, transforming the necklace into an oversized ring.<\/p>\n<p>Our design prompt was to create a necklace using wood and mechanical connectors.
