Parsons MA Theories of Urban Practice<\/a> presents: Agents of Public change<\/b><\/p>\n

Join us for a presentation and workshop based\u00a0on our findings from an investigation into the\u00a0systems of informality in Union Square.<\/p>\n

From January 12th \u2013 23rd, two groups of students\u00a0from Parsons and the University of Sao Paulo worked\u00a0together in New York City in an intensive workshop\u00a0employing the experimental approach of\u00a0Research-as-Practice. This model resulted in a\u00a0workshop that was open-ended, where a specific goal\u00a0and outcome were not predetermined.<\/p>\n

Within the interstitial moments of ambiguity, we\u00a0identified opportunities for interventions and will\u00a0present actionable proposals that can benefit various\u00a0stakeholders who regularly participate in informal\u00a0transactions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
