Mae Francke Rojo is an ethnographer, designer, and community organizer working at the intersection of participatory action research and strategic design. Born and raised in Lima, Peru, she brings an extensive background in grassroots organizing and community engagement to her work in New York City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae is an advocacy strategist and coalition builder focused on developing grassroots campaigns, influencing policy, and building collective power. Her practice bridges community organizing and public policy, combining data analysis, visual storytelling, and critical cartography to advance equitable change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is currently based in New York and is affiliated with Transportation Alternatives and Parsons School of Design, The New School. Her work brings together research, organizing, and design to make complex urban issues legible, actionable, and rooted in everyday community experience.
