Cara Kwon

BFA design & technology
Cara Kwon is a designer and creative technologist originally from Washington and currently based in New York City. She is completing her BFA in Design & Technology at Parsons School of Design, where her work spans graphic design, coding, UX/UI, data, artificial intelligence, installation, and immersive media. Her practice is rooted in curiosity across many forms of design, from digital interfaces and visual systems to physical spaces and interactive experiences. Cara is especially interested in how design can hold personal stories, emotional states, and community experiences, translating them into spaces that invite reflection, participation, and connection. Through her work, she explores the relationship between technology and human feeling, creating projects that move between structure and intuition, system and story.
