A Community Space for All is a participatory-action research project developed in Studio 1 to advance the efforts of a campaign launched by Voces Ciudadanas in 2022 in Brooklyn’s Sunset Park. The campaign seeks to keep the space used by Sunset Park’s Interim Public Library for the community as the new library opens in the Fall of 2023. This project was developed by students from the MS Design and Urban Ecologies program in partnership with Voces Ciudadanas.
