The Housing Justice Lab Screening Series aims to create awareness of processes of neighborhood change and community organizing in cities. Through critical documentary films featuring past and current cases, this series seeks to promote dialogue among students, researchers, faculty, activists, community organizers, urban experts, and citizens who are committed to the production of just cities. Each documentary film is followed by a discussion.
This public program is organized in collaboration with community partners.

The screening of the documentary film Decade of Fire scheduled for Thursday, April 2, 2020, has been postponed to fall 2020 due to COVID-19. At this time, all upcoming public programs and events at The New School are canceled in order to protect the health of potential visitors, students, faculty, and staff.
