Project Description

Problem

Women founders face exclusion not through isolated incidents but through patterns embedded in networks, norms, and unspoken rules — existing allyship efforts fail because they rely on personal intention rather than system-level structure, becoming performative or imposing emotional labor on women

Target users

Male allies in venture and startup ecosystems (investors, advisors, experienced founders) seeking structured ways to practice responsible engagement, plus women founders needing predictable, safe access to mentorship and network capital

Core solution

Multi-layered intervention including guided pledge system with specific measurable actions (warm introductions, sponsorship behaviors, targeted advocacy), KPI-based accountability dashboard to make allyship visible without centering male identity, rotating mentorship model to disrupt power imbalances and create safer diversified mentorship access, boundary and ethics training for shared framework on responsible engagement, and ALY Coach (AI module trained on global allyship toolkits) offering men private, non-judgmental space to learn without imposing emotional labor on women

Stage

Early stage prototype grounded in qualitative interviews, ecosystem mapping, and analysis of global allyship frameworks — cohesive ecosystem intervention designed with structural scaffolding that makes support predictable, trackable, and culturally aligned
