Design and Urban Ecologies student Marcea Decker and Theories of Urban Practice student Nadia Elokdah collaborated in Spring 2014’s Urban Theory Lab on a zine project titled “Nonspace Zines” that explored feminist theory and application. They focused specifically on feminist zine culture, conducting interviews at Columbia’s Bardnard College Zine Library, various feminist zine fests, and with zine-makers and appreciators.
