Feminist Post-Technocracy: Care Infrastructure in Bogotá

A dissertation examining Bogotá’s feminist “System of Care,” which redistributes and recognizes unpaid care work through public infrastructure like laundromats and community centers. It analyzes how care reshapes governance and urban policy.Based on four years of research, this PhD dissertation examines a feminist policy initiative called the "System of Care," which aims to reduce, redistribute, and recognize unpaid care work in Bogotá through public infrastructure, including laundromats, soup kitchens, and community centers.
