The Center for Global Mental Health leads cross-sector initiatives that train non-specialist workers in community-based organizations to deliver WHO’s Problem Management Plus (PM+). Findings highlight how staff embed PM+ into everyday services—from housing to immigration support—transforming organizational capacity to address clients’ emotional realities. The project illustrates how mental-health care can be scaled through workforce development.
