Project Description

This project adapts WHO’s Self-Help Plus program into a manga series for Vietnamese high school students. Each chapter introduces stress-management skills through relatable, illustrated stories created by young artists and researchers in Vietnam and New York. The series aims to become a widely accessible and youth-friendly mental-health tool
