CareLab | Beyond the Booth: Toward an Expanded Civic Geography of Accessibility

Project Description

This project reframes voting as a care-centered public service journey, analyzing accessibility not only at polling sites but across the entire voting experience. Through ethnography and service blueprinting, it maps gaps in physical, procedural, and emotional access, identifying opportunities to create a more inclusive democratic process.
