Through a Delphi study, this project examines the feasibility of embedding community-informed mental-health care within corporate workplaces. By gathering insights from global corporate experts, it identifies priorities, barriers, and opportunities for integrating relational care into organizational cultures. The research aims to create the first framework for making care visible in the private sector.
