Prompt: I was instructed to construct an object that relates to a community that I am part of.
I created a sculpture of a camera to symbolize my involvement within the underground music scene of Arizona. Though a camera at first glance may not seem fitting to symbolize a musical community, it directly relates to me because I do most of my work in this community from behind the scenes. I design graphic designs for bands, flyers for shows, and film concerts for my friends. I designed this camera by engraving posters that I had made in the past on the sides of the camera and using real images from shows for the back.
