Faculty Workshop: Creative and Effective Assignments for Objects as History (A Time to Share)

Are you looking for fresh, creative, and effective assignments for Objects as History? This workshop with Parsons faculty member Margaret Samu offers an opportunity to come together and find out what other faculty are doing with their classes. We will share in-class exercises, weekly homework ideas, paper prompts, and anything else you want to discuss. Colleagues will give 5 minute presentations of their favorite assignments, followed by a brief Q&A. Those presenting should be prepared to share their screen, provide links, and/or distribute handouts in the Chat. With the presenters’ permission, their ideas will be collected during and after the workshop for our shared Google Folder for Objects as History.

Experienced and new faculty teaching Objects as History are all welcome.
