First Year students in Lucy Chudson’s Integrative Seminar 2 were given the opportunity to experience two guided museum visits at the Met and the Brooklyn Museum, following the core focus of their Seminar course: Interpreting Fashion. Check out the photos of their visits below!
First was a guided tour by Met Educator Helen Lee of Kimono Style: The John C. Weber Collection at the Metropolitan Museum of Art during the Spring 2023 semester, followed by a chance to respond to the experience through writing.
Then, in April, they visited the Thierry Mugler: Couturissime retrospective at The Brooklyn Museum, guided by museum educator Natalie Aguilar.
