Prompt: For this project, I made a wearable device that is related with reflections and refractions. This is a big project that reflects the changes in space brought about by the reflection and refraction of mirrored objects. In the work, each small ball distinguishes a large space that is different from the world in which each person lives. In this space, I used complete and broken mirror materials to reflect the complete space and space fragments reflected in this small space. Connecting these acrylic balls with different spatial effects in series around the human body reflects that the world we live in is composed of many small spaces like this. Through this project, I want people to reflect on the world they live in, and to observe the world not only from a complete perspective, but also from a fragmented perspective.

This is a big project that is mainly composed of acrylic balls in different sizes, and I put whole pieces of mirrors, fragrant mirror pieces and some rhinestones in these acrylic balls. They are connected by a thick silver colored wire that I shape it into a smooth curved shape that goes around a person’s body, and also a transparent plastic tube follows almost the same direction of the wire, and I used some thinner wires to bind the acrylic balls with the main wire of the piece so that these balls has better supports.
