Prompt: The assignment was to create a poster that could demonstrate Gestalt principles in poster design. The assignment allowed for any topic choice that promoted, informed, or announced a topic or event.

I chose to create a poster for a photo series I developed during quarantine in NYC. Throughout the pandemic, I took the unique opportunity of documenting this historic event. I observed and documented the visual emptiness and social effect of COVID 19. I safely walked throughout residential areas in Brooklyn and visited Manhatten a few times.
