Night Walk
Prompt: This is a final open project. Students are expected to create a two page comic on any subjects.
My friends and I were under a lot of pressure during the senior year of high school. These pressure comes from college applications, academics, family issues and different kinds of relationship dramas. In order to cope with these kind of pressure, we would sneak out of our apartments in the middle of the night, walk around our neighborhood for hours and complain with each other. This autobiographic comic is about one of our night walks. It specifically takes place after my other comic “Just Another Rejection”. I incorporated different comic techniques I learnt during this semester, in hope to create a vivid and emotional recap of one of my most valued memories.
