Prompt: Practice measurements and planning to create a 3D object out of wood. Using the woodshop & hand tools, create a small wood object-accessory from plywood or hardwood.

I wanted to create a belt with wooden beads for my wooden accessory project. This was my first time using wood, so it was challenging at first. I used the bandsaw to make relief cuts and shape the pieces, the drill press to cut holes, all of the sanding machines, and sand paper, which I used to hand-sand the spherical beads. I crocheted a long strap from yarn and threaded it through all of the beads, then doubled it up and looped it around itself to create the final belt.
