Prompt: Our assignment was to create color patterns in Adobe Illustrator and apply them to our chosen figure or object.

The patterns I chose for this piece were based on various cultural patterns. To color the patterns, vivid complementary colors were used. My intention was to create harmony within the piece, so that one color did not completely dominate the other.
