Prompt: For this project we were paired with a partner and assigned a set of questions during Seminar 1. Using one or more of the answers our partners gave as inspiration, we were tasked with creating a surrealist short film for Studio 1.
This short film depicts a young feminine person(as played by me) grappling with the comparison they make to others, and an obsession with their own perceived imperfection- no matter how small. Through this film I not only hoped to depict the self destructive nature of this type of obsessiveness, but also how our interactions with society greatly affect them.
