Puppets are powerful tools for engagement. There is an opportunity to use puppets to better facilitate an understanding of ourselves and others through interaction that covers the physical, mental, and emotional. This workshop with Parsons graduate student and faculty Matthew Leabo will introduce you to basic joint connections (hinge, pivot, ball and socket) how they work, and how to apply them. You will work with your peers to build large scale working puppets from foam tubes.
