Aitana Gaudenzi

I was interested in creating a film with a bit of a narrative, as well as incorporating fashion in some way. This is a silent, experimental film, edited in Premiere Pro, about a girl that faces the challenge of picking her outfit for the day, starring my friend, Marcella Carter. My intention was to capture the frustration and emotion behind picking an outfit. I think for people that really care about their personal style, it can be an intricate experience, thinking about how your outfit suits you and how you may be perceived while wearing it. In previous assignments, our films were presented straight from getting them developed, so without editing. The fact that we were allowed to edit in Premiere Pro before presenting them for this assignment was extremely helpful to the outcome of my film.
