For my Anthropocene project, I went to the big rocks at Central Park and spent an hour there looking at the people and the environment around me. Many, many years ago Central Park was covered in thick layers of glacier. But now all of that is gone.

Central Park has changed significantly and all of the changes are man made; trash cans are placed everywhere in the park, tourists go in and out of the park in summer and horses with carts are moving everywhere. I think that if we do not care for the park, all of the trash would start to stack up and soon it would be piled as high as the Empire State Building. This is what I have shown through my Anthropocene poster; the trashes are stacked one on top of another on top of the large rocks at Central Park.
