Prompt: To design a Public Sculpture that would be integrated into a community

Public Sculpture Design based off of elements used in previous Space projects. This sculpture incorporates large galvanized pipes, creating a ‘wind harp’ that produces a series of overtones when encountering winds of a certain velocity.
