Prompt: We had to choose a classic archetype to "merge" ourselves within a self-portrait photograph.
I chose to merge myself with “The Rebel” archetype because it has qualities I want to emulate in my life. I took a picture of myself using the timer on my phone. I wanted to play with the idea of a school portrait, so I edited it onto a typical picture day background. I messed up my hair and uniform and had a careless and disgruntled expression to convey the characteristics of a rebel.
