Prompt: As technology advances, we've become increasingly reliant on social media for communication, leaving face-to-face interaction in the background. This reality has become more pronounced in our daily lives. In this final project, students will work in groups of three or four to create a set- a collection of physical objects that will enhance social interaction.
For this group project, we designed a set of artifacts for a tea party scenario: a teapot, a teacup, and a dessert tray, centered on the theme of “Tea Party”. Our intention was not only to create three functional objects, but also to reconstruct a cozy scene of face-to-face communication through these designs. We also hope that people will pay attention to cultural heritage and slow life.
