Parsons First Year Student Workshop: Figure Drawing

This figure drawing workshop with Parsons faculty member Emily Waters will function like a regular drawing class with students and a model. Students will start out with quick calligraphic pen drawings on newsprint, then slow it down to longer poses on drawing paper using pencil. Special attention will be spent on proportion, scale, and volume. We will play music, and it will be fun and educational for all!
