Prompt: For this assignment, we were asked to bring elements from the inside to the outside by drawing on acetate sheets and applying the images to windows in order to interact with the outside.
I decided to take an unsettling approach to the assignment by drawing hands crawling, wrapping, and falling in and around my outdoor surroundings. I used the familiar surroundings of my home which I typically find very comforting, and subverted it with the phantom hands which make the viewer feel watched and surrounded.
