Prompt: In this project, we are tasked to take inspiration from the American Museum of Natural History and turned it into a stuffed toy, incorporating the skills we have learned on sewing zippers.
The object I have chosen from the museum is the Chinese traditional firecrackers. I started with five different ideas including the firecrackers, a sea turtle, a stone head, a crab, and a lobster. I picked the Chinese firecrackers because I have an in-depth connection with the Chinese culture, and I used to play the firecrackers back in China when I was young.
