Prompt: The students were asked to make a short video of moving images, the main theme of the "Photo Roman" assignment, which relates to Eadweard Muybridge's photos.

The story is based on a suicide girl in China who jumped from the top of a building because of her loss of hope of getting justice and the crowd’s disturbance to her (they watched her while she is trying to jump off the building and asked her to jump faster). My intention of making this video is to tell people that treating others cool and speak out words before thinking can hear one’s heart and hoping them to change. I distinguish the inner world of the girl and the true world by employing different textured (the paintings and the pictures) backgrounds. This piece is basically made of different pictures, which is similar to the theme of the assignment, moving images.
